Futureproof: The Communicator’s Role in Navigating Constant Change
As change becomes the constant, communicators are being asked to play a bigger role than ever before - translating complexity, building trust and enabling transformation.
Futureproof is the next event in IABC WA’s Communications Crystal Ball series, presented in partnership with Aurecon and Clarity Communications.
This session will explore the evolving relationship between change management and communications and what each discipline needs from the other to deliver lasting transformation.
Facilitated by Anne Gribble, CEO of Clarity Communications, and Rachel White, Transformation and Change Capability Specialist at Aurecon, the discussion will bring together both perspectives.
Rachel will share insights into the fundamentals of change management and the conditions that enable transformation, while Anne will draw on her real-world experience supporting clients through the communications challenges around change, and touch on the hot-button issue of generative AI as it reshapes the very nature of how we work.
